| The pads should last quite a while, as will the rotors if installed and broken in correctly. I find most people who go through rotors quickly did not have them properly installed and subjected to immediate warping and/or did not follow a rigid break-in period with tenough time for the rotors and pads to seat properly. As for turning high performance rotors - no - although some places can turn them. High performance rotors are not designed to be turned, not do most shops have the ability to turn slotted and/or cross drilled rotors. It is also essential that any time new rotors are installed to use new pads (unless the pads have under 500 miles on them) Regards : I picked up two front PowerSlots and the pads today. How long will the pads last? As long as they are broken in properly about like normal pads, correct? When it is time for another brake job...can i have the PowerSlots turned, or will i have to buy new rotors again?
: Thanks fella's : Enjoy the ride, :
